Deleted messages
How can I see them? I to press edit on imessage and it doesn’t say deleted messages, the feature still doesn’t appear and i tried filtering messages and that didn’t work either.

All of these conditions must be met to retrieve a deleted message.
- You have iOS 16 installed on your phone
- The messages were deleted.....after.....you installed iOS 16 on the phone
- The messages were deleted less than 30 days ago
If you tap Edit and there is no option to see Show Recently Deleted, you don't have iOS 16 installed on your phone....or....if you installed IOS 16, there are no messages that have been deleted in the last 30 days.
