I lost my iPhone. I had AppleCare+ and I am trying to file a file but I cannot find my lost iPhone when I log on to iCloud. Customer service is saying I cannot file a claim if the lost phone does not pop up on iCloud. I have the agreement number for the AppleCare+ though.

What do I do? Help please

Apple Insurance I have paid apple care plus theft and loss for over a year now for my sons iPhone 14 Pro. He lost the phone and we have looked for it several weeks but unable to find it. I blacklisted the imei with my network provider . I rang Apple to make a claim but was told I cannot claim as find my phone not on. The phone was lost in June so will be dead now for sure as well as blacklisted. Due to this I cannot claim!!! My son asked the question to apple support advisor so if phone list n someone has picked it up , they can connect it to Mac and clear /reset phone removing location apps. The advisor advised that you cannot claim. So I need to escalate this and need an email address to do so . As it is the Apple insurance is not worth it in this instance!!!! Does anyone have an email address I can contact. Many thanks

Lost iPhone claim covere? to claim a lost phone that is covered .do you use the Apple ID that was log on? or can use any email as long as phone is covered for apple care?

First of all, did you explicitly purchase AppleCare+ with theft and loss coverage? If not, your loss is certainly not covered.

File a claim if you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage - Apple Support

If you did purchase theft and loss coverage, the article above provides remedies.
