IPhone 14 Pro can’t focus for bar scanning

If someone from Apple has been monitoring this feed, they will have seen several complaints about the fact that the fancy cameras on the 14 Pro can’t scan a bar code. I would like to know when this is getting fixed. Thank you.

App developer response: It is a known issue with newer iphones that the cameras need a fix in order to function with most apps including ours. While we cannot provide support for your device as we are not an IT support service we can recommend you google or otherwise research something similar to “how to fix camera issue for [iphone model]” and that should correct the issue. Also make sure you give the app permission to use your camera. So it looks like Apple and app developers are pointing fingers at each other…so who is right ??? [Edited by Moderator]

How to fix camera focus issues when scanning QR codes in iPhone I am having problems when I go to scan from in the camera. For example, trying to scan a lottery ticket, QR code or a product QR code the camera will not focus. Does anyone know how to get the camera to focus on these? I can’t even make the camera focus in at all. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
