Disk Utility states my 1TB Seagate external hard-drive is unmounted.

Hello Mac Community,

When I click the "Mount" button in the top-right corner of Disk Utility, it's unresponsive. How do I mount this external drive in this case?

Has anyone else experienced this problem using MacOS Ventura version 13.4.1?

Device Details: 1TB Seagate Backup Plus Portable Drive (Purchased 2017)

Apple Device: MacBook Pro (M2 Pro, 2023)
