After this update my phone goes into SOS mode and I can’t get it off of it. It says no SIM available. Why and how do I fix this?

Thanks! It looks like my carrier has a lock on the SIM it’s telling me to contact them. I did go, but whatever they did only worked for a couple hours then it went back to SOS. I guess I’ll head back over today.
