If the notifications on your device aren't working, first confirm that the notification style you want is enabled for the particular applications.

Change notification settings on iPhone

In Settings > Focus, make sure you don't have Do Not Disturb or a Focus turned on.

Make sure you've covered the basics like restarting the device and making sure it's up to date.

Restart your iPhone

Update your iPhone

Then contact Apple to report the issue: Get Support
