Stand reminders

I wear my watch at night. It chimes stand reminders and wakes me up. How do I change it so I only get stand reminders during my waking hours?

How do I set a movement reminder for every 20 minutes on my iwatch? I wanted to respond to the old questions linked below [1] and [2], but since the forum doesn't allow replying to very old questions, I created this new question and answering it myself. I found a free app that allows you to create such alarms/notifications, and the notifications show up on the Apple watch, too. The app is Galarm.
