How do I set a movement reminder for every 20 minutes on my iwatch?

I wanted to respond to the old questions linked below [1] and [2], but since the forum doesn't allow replying to very old questions, I created this new question and answering it myself.

I found a free app that allows you to create such alarms/notifications, and the notifications show up on the Apple watch, too.

The app is Galarm. You can search for it in iPhone App Store, or use the link below to view it.

I personally like Alarmed

The basic set of features are free, but there are additional features that have a one-time in-app purchase of $5 U.S.

For your move reminder, I use the DayMinder, combined with the Nag-Me features, that are enabled via that above mentioned in-app purchase.

I’ve been using Alarmed since 2012, when my Wife found it for me.

It is my primary notification app, over and above any Calender or Reminders app from Apple or other 3rd parties.
