Unrecognized MDM profile, sharing; cannot stop…

I have a management (MDM) profile and 3 managed Wi-Fi networks in my iPhone that I cannot access to delete. There is also sharing that I cannot stop via Safety Check, evidently due to “profile restrictions.” Also, my dual SIM SE thinks that the 2nd IMEI is the first & vice versa. In the analytical logs, it is wrongly reported as NOT being a dual SIM phone- and for some reason Google and other services think I’m on a Mac or using Linux.

I see I’m not the only one having issues with this, and for whom a call to support has not been helpful.

Has anyone gotten any answers? A factory reset was no help. Waiting to hear from Bitwarden also.

I do not, or should not, have a managed device.

I bought this phone for myself at a local retailer, unlocked, and have never added any type of MDM profile.

This is MALWARE. A manager deploying Apple devices would have no need to hide profiles or trick the software into telling the analytical logs that a dual SIM phone is only a single SIM (with the wrong SIM # reported as active,) or not disclose what you’re forced to “share.”

I am not the only one having this problem, and it is HIGHLY frustrating that we are all just being written off as crazy instead of being given possible solutions or troubleshooting possibilities. As I mentioned in the original post, this should not be a managed device and the profile cannot even be accessed to delete, which isn’t supposed to happen- but it has.
