Activity data

I deleted a workout on my phone but didn’t choose to delete the data at the tine which was s mistake. Is there a way to now delete the data? The problem is the workout was wrong and was 12 hours long so now if messes up trends. Thanks

Hello Covingtonmurray,

Open Health
Tap on Browse
Tap on the category for the data in question (most likely Activity)
Tap on the activity for the data in question (Let's say Exercise Minutes)
Scroll to the bottom and tap Show All Data
Tap on Edit (top right)
Find the data that is inaccurate and remove it by clicking the minus icon and then Delete

Rinse and repeat for all categories that may have been affected by this.
