Some of my videos are unsupported on my computer How can I view them?

Apple removed some legacy codecs from the system with the upgrade from macOS 10.14 Mojave to macOS 10.15 Ventura. All videos using the older codecs should have been converted to more compatible formats before the upgrade to Catalina or later.

Are the videos that you can no longer view on this list of legacy formats? About legacy media in iMovie for macOS - Apple Support

If yes, use some third-party software to convert your videos to HEVC or H.264 or another still supported format, the free Handbrake can convert most videos.
