What has happened to booklet printing in Pages 12.2 I use MacBook Air with OS 13.0 (22A380) and Pages 12.2 I am used to printing booklets from Pages but the update has hidden a vital step. File>Print>PDF>Create Booklet ... all still there. Again: File>Print but there is no option to print 2-sided with Booklet layout as there used to be. The online documentation does not describe what I see in the Print dialog. Please help

Print Booklet in Mac ?! Hi there, read several answers, like finding Booklet in the print menu in Pages (dont have that, running os12.6.1 with Pages 12.2.1) also, obvs I can 'print' a PDF and open it in Acrobat DC v. 2022 and open the Print Menu and click on Booklet - but then I can't export as PDF; windows allows for this and my copy shop does the conversion for me but it would be nice to do this on my all powerful Mac with all the $$ premium software I have and already paid for instead of having to buy an additional app for 20$ (booklet 2) Oh, or my favorite - manually arranging the pages in PREVIEW anyone ?! WTF Apple...(:

Create your regular pages, with the page size set to half the paper size (e.g. 5.5×8.5"), then let Word do its magic through the Print dialog window: Layout﹥Pages per sheet: Print As Booklet. Then, instead of Print, do PDF: Open in Preview, to see the result (before wasting paper and ink).

Word will then rearrange as e.g.

For printers that can’t do duplex on their own, you’ll have to skip every other new page from the PDF first, and then feed the paper once more upside-down with the top side correctly orientated for the second batch.
