BusinessConnect challenges - Who to Tell?

At last apple has allowed business to manage their own listing profiles on maps. It's great to not discover apple is showing my business as closed when it's open or have to "suggest" hours, which are the hours I set for my team and venue, ...But, it's buggy and there are loads of omissions. Who do we tell, and how will these be addressed?

Firstly, you can't pick holidays or special dates to say we are Closed, so there is no way for me to show people we are closed on 4th July - for example. Surely that's a basic.

Secondly, there is a weird double listing where you have the public profile name and categories and then a business one that customers do not see, but where you can change your Primary Category. However it shows a different category to the public one. My restaurant does vegan food, but is not primarily vegan, but I cann't change this. I think it's a bug or an error.

You also can't change the order of photos, another fail.

Come on Apple, You can do better than this, Surely equalling Google is a minimum.
