Installing MS Word to my iMac with macOS Ventura.

Hi, can someone please help. I purchased Microsoft Word Family (yearly) for my IMac. It’s a 2021 model. I sign into my Microsoft account but cannot see where I install the app or how to download it ? I received confirmation and invoice but no “code” for sharing to devices.

Nothing, this is very frustrating. I made full purchase on 24th June.

Can someone please help ?

Once you are signed into your Microsoft account, click Services & Subscriptions in its menu bar, and it will list Products you have purchased, and a download Install link. You will need macOS Big Sur or later to install any Microsoft product.

VikingOSX means on Microsoft's site, in the account that was created for your purchase. Go here.

You login name will be the email address you purchased Office under.

If you don't have a password yet, you first need to create a new account. Make absolutely sure you make your user name the email address you used to purchase Office. If you don't, once you're in the new account, you won't see your product listed.

Once in, you'll see the Services & Subscriptions link VikingOSX referred to at the top.

Click on that to load the next page where you'll see an entry for Products you've purchased.
