IPad 11in. 10th gen magic keyboard Key Cap Fell Off

Recently, I just noticed that one of the key caps from my Magic Keyboard had fallen off (left arrow key). I wanted to know if Apple would replace the key or if I would have to replace the entire keyboard, or if there is any other external sites that sell the missing part. ? The model number is A2695

I hadn’t used my Magic Keyboard in a couple months (I was on travel, and used a more robust case since I wouldn’t need to be typing much) and now my tab and caps lock keys don’t work at all. The LED doesn’t come on for Caps Lock, the Tab does nothing. Used an online keyboard tester to see if there was any signal coming from the keyboard, and nada. I was hoping to find a firmware update or something that explains the issue. Really frustrating to think a $300 keyboard didn’t survive a year. Any help, ideas, or insights are appreciated!

Magic Keyboard (new) does not type correctly onto new iPad My new iPad with the Magic Keyboard does not correctly type. I have read all other suggestions, tried them all also updated my iPad latest version. What can Apple do for me ? I feel I should request a refund for this Magic Keyboard! Help please

Magic Keyboard using IPAD types out 2 letters when pressing one key When pressing certain keys it types out that key and the one next to it. Can it be fixed or has to be replaced?
