Wyze scale not syncing with Apple health

• Open the Wyze app
• Tap on Scale
• Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner
• Tap Sync Data to 3rd Party Apps
• Tap Apple Health
• Turn on the sync switches

Note that this will only sync new entries recorded after you turned it on

This problem continues as of Jan 9, 2023 and has recurred repeatedly in the several years I've had my Wyze scale. Regardless of the technical cause, it is Wyze' responsibility to fix their software since hundreds of other third party smart devices work seamlessly with AH continuously.

I've tried a dizzying array of workarounds such as these over the years and - at best - they only patch the problem temporarily. Frankly, I've given up on purchasing Wyze products in the future until this is definitely resolved.

UPDATE: Today, Wyze help Chat had me repeat all the steps tried previously but nothing changed. They also had me reset the scale by removing and reinserting the batteries to reset the scale. Didn’t help me but it’s simple to try and maybe (?) could help someone else.

stopped synching suddenly this month. Says all permissions are there but in Apple Health shows app as “inactive” with no way to take any action.

Mine was synching fine until Aug 10, 2023. It says “inactive” in Apple Health app…but it says all permissions allowed in Wyze app.

Go to Settings/Health/Sources/Wyze/Data from Wyze and make sure Weight is on.

Yes, all data is showing as shared.

I suggest contacting Wyze support. They are more responsive than most.
