Bluetooth connectivity being changed

Hi,

Up till a few weeks ago apple was advertising the MacBook Air M2 as supporting bluetooth 5.0, but then changed it to bluetooth 5.3. However didn't change it on the device's technical specifications, until I discovered that what apple was advertising was different to what the product actually contained. Thinking of invoking consumer laws, because the device is different than what was advertised.
