Hi There,

I accidentally purchased the app product & realized my mistake when I saw the charge. I raised the issue immediately & explained that it was an unintentional purchase. I received a replying stating that a refund is not possible. Could you please look into my case & resolved this issue as soon as possible?

If Apple has notified you that it is not eligible for refund, we can't help you, sorry, we are also users of Apple products & services like you.
