Apple News App - Saved Stories

Is there a way to offload / download Apple saved stories “in bulk”? I have many stories… thanks.

and quick question 2 - do these stories affect my iPad storage? Thanks.

Offloading / Sharing a story whether it is done by Message, Mail, or Notes can only be done one at a time.
Saved stories are available for offline reading, so they do take up storage space on your iPad. With that said, each story takes up very little space. For example, on my iPhone without any save stories the News app takes up 2.5Mb in Documents & Data by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > News. With 5 Saved Stories the number goes to 3.1 Mb.
