How can i find my lost od stolen iPhone 12 if it is off? And its not my iPhone its my sisters?

They are NOT legitimate. Do not reply and NEVER provide your Apple credentials to ANY site other than a genuine Apple site to which you browsed yourself. (i.e. NEVER by following a link provided by somebody)
