I haven't used ITunes for a couple years. When I tried recently, all of my music and purchases has disappeared.
I had to download and manually install Version 12.12.9.4. It works, but all music and purchases are still missing.
I made a few purchases and they are listed, but all previous music is gone.
Any ideas where I might find the missing music?

A question: do you use multiple Apple ID?
All the music you have purchased is in your music library.
Check for sure the following Apple articles:
View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services
How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed
How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed - Apple Support
If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement
If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support (UK)
if you still need help, get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service

I felt sure that I used another AppleID for my account previously. After talking with the
folks from Apple, that was verified. I'm currently in a waiting period while my previous
account is being restored.

Thanks for the quick response. My Library contains only the seven recent purchases. I was hoping there was backup somewhere.
