Can I send a MacBook Pro to Apple to have a logicboard swapped?
I recently made the mistake of purchasing a macbook pro used, only to find it has an activation lock on it. I went through the motions of requesting the original owner to unlock it but I've been ghosted ever since. After I've tried making a activation lock request only to be told that it was denied and thats final. (I provided original box and "receipt" I was given with the serial number and everything) so after all this I read that the lock is actually in the logic board so I wanted to know if Apple offers replacement services for at least the logic board or if anyone can point me to the right direction becuase at the moment the macbook is just an expensive paperweight.
Thanks in advance
