Apple refusing to sell me replacement AirPods Pro 2nd gen charging case, pressured to buy new set
I lost my air pod pros 2nd gen charging case I have tried 3 times to get a replacement and after almost an hour on the phone this last time being put on hold longer and getting bounced around to 3 people I was finally told they do not sell them even though everyone at the stores said they do, I was told to buy a new complete set, this is ridiculous, apple is a massive company and extremely organized, how is this possible? I was told you don't have them and they won't have them to sell me in the future and they could not explain why, I feel like im being forced into buying a complete new set when I only need the charging case replaced... but they sell replacement cases for the normal AirPods...
