Unsupported Provider is the only response I get - Xfinity seems clueless on how to fix it

You have to have a subscription from a supported cable TV provider.
I assume that at some point the app asks for your tv provider and takes you to a provider login page.
Login in with your cable provider credentials.

done that several times & keep getting same error “unsupported provider”
Have uninstalled / reinstalled same thing
TCM app continually crashing on iPhone making me sign in over and over..
sometimes the app works on both iPad and iPhone..
other times just one or the other, randomly..
Going Nuts in the East Bay
..i also get the unsupported network thing too
