The TCM app on my Apple TV 4k no longer works

The "Watch TCM" (Turner Classic Movies) on-demand app originally downloaded from the Apple App Store no longer works on my Apple TV 4k. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I've restarted my Apple TV 4k several times. I've gone into the Apple TV app settings and have toggled on and off "Allow TCM to access TV Provider" "Always" to "Never" and back to "Always".


There is nothing on the TCM website, indicating that they are having an issue with Apple TV 4k devices.


Anyone else having the same issue?

What is the version system software for your Apple TV 4K box?

It just started working again. My guess is that it could be a memory buffer issue with the Apple TV 4k box and other apps may have still been working or taking up RAM resources. After clearing out all the apps that appeared to be active (as one does on one's iPhone), the TCM started working again.
