imessage and facetime are not activated deducted only money for 10sms

iMessage broke my bank account iPhone sended 109 messages trying to connect with FaceTime and iMessage. Phone asked me if I want to connect iMessage and I answered yes ONCE, after it iPhone continues sending request for connection without any further informing. Network provider charged for system SMS messages used to activate FaceTime and iMessage me during 2 months. In total it comes out over 30€, it’s very big amount of money for me… I kindly asked for the refund of all system messages that was sent during this period and was rejected by network provider.

my imessages got turned off for no reasons why did my imessage get turned off if my phone is payed and i have servicd

iMessage I’m being charged for iMessage and Facetime and it’s taking all my credit although I turned them off in settings! How is that? And how can i stop being charged
