my phone is stuck on the restore screen even after resetting the phone and connecting it to my computer

my iphone is stuck on the restore screen. I have tried to restart it by pressing the volume up button, volume down button, and then holding the power button down. I also connected the phone to my laptop and the phone won't even come up on my laptop anymore. This issue happened to me three days ago as well, but I was able to fix the issue by restoring my phone, now it wont work. Please help as I am not even in the US right now and need my phone!!!
