How can i find my password to allow me to access my backup
I can't access my back up for my iPhone as I didn't know I had encrypted the back up and I don't know the password. Help

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten the password that you used to encrypt your backups, you cannot access the backups.
From Apple's support document about backups:
When asked, make a password. Create one that you'll remember or write it down and store it safely, because there's no way to use your backup without this password.
