Folio Touch for Ipad Pro 11” (1-4th gen) - Trackpad Not Working after firmware update
New purchased Logitech folio touch for my IPad Pro 11” (1-4th gen model): after downloading the “LogitechControl” app and updating the firmware, the trackpad has stopped working.
The Folio Touch only responds with its keyboard, but NOT the trackpad.
Logitech claims it is a problem with firmware update process and suggests to restart it by holding buttons Q+W+E+Alt while running the LogitechControl app, but it’s not working.
Any other smart ideas?
