I don’t see my teen’s apps in the “always allowed” panel. I want to allow one app all the time even during downtime but I don’t see her apps listed. Any ideas?

Hello elsy246,

To start us off, this article explains how Screen Time work and everything you can do with it: Set up Screen Time for a family member on iPhone - Apple Support.

If you do not see a specific app in the 'Always Allowed' section, there are a few possible reasons that may be happening:

    1. The app may be offloaded from the iPhone. Learn more about that here: How to check the storage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support
    2. The app may not currently be installed on the device, or may need to be reinstalled. Check the steps for that here: Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support
    3. The app developer may not support that functionality. You may wish to contact them and check further into that. This article can help with contacting them: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

We hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist with anything else at all. Take care.
