Hi i accidentally hide and deleted apps. How to recover back? I cannot find it on apps store anymore.

iPhone 11, iOS 16

app store->"click portrait in upper right corner"->purchased->my purchases->not on this iphone

and find them on the list

I tried, but I still cannot download the apps. When I asked my friends to share the apps, "not available in your region" popped up. What should I do? Is it because I hide it first before deleting it? and now how do I recover it?
