The OS it is running, eg OS9.4 (Settings, General, About if you can see it)
The model of the paired iPhone eg iPhone 11
The iOS it is running eg iOS16.4 (Settings General, About)
With IS10 Beta installed you have four choices:
First of all thank you for all your help. I did have iOS17 installed on my phone and that caused me a whole new set of problems, one of which was not being able to deposit or withdraw money from my Apple savings account, so I was forced to uninstall it. Also you're right that the Genius Bar cannot help. However I am sending my watch to the Apple workshop for them to have OS9 reinstalled. Thanks again for taking the time to help me.
