Scanner Not Working - HP 1005 Model - Software for this device is not installed (-9945)

Inspite of Reinstalling HP1005 Device Drivers the Scanner doesn't work.

Hi, SahasCorpn… could you try using Preview, which is built into the MacOS to do a test scan… preview should “see” the scanner… VueScan should work as it supports this scanner, but it’s not free… it does have a demo mode…the hp software works up to Mac OS 10.12..( printer driver)

Hi,

There are several HP "1005" models. Please post back with the full printer model, including any suffix.

Also, please expand on the problem. What has been done so far? What has been downloaded, and from where? How is the printer/scanner connected?
