What can I do if I bought fake Airpods Pro (2nd Gen)

Hi, I bought two Airpods Pro (2nd Gen) from Best Buy (#291) in Houston, Texas in Dezember 2022.

One of them is Fake. Apple checked and confirmed it now. But Best Buy does not accept it and wont change it.

What can I do now? Can someone help me?

There being connected as two different devices . Also they automatically disconnect and reconnect and they don’t appear as one of my devices but I can use the find my app perfectly fine .My 15 day return has passed can I still return and get my money back becuase why would a device that cost me 300 dollars have so many issues .

airpods turned out fake but have warranty? So for my birthday my mom got me airpod pro 2nd gen and they seemed legit at first the case and everything seemed fine but it had no noise cancelation? So I double checked and the airpods both had the same serial number meaning I got fakes.. However they are under warranty. Is it possible for me to get it replaced or money back or am I just stuck with fakes
