I have a 2013 Macbook Air 10.12.6, and I have two accounts. If I download Big Sur on my computer, will i loose my accounts, the iclouds, photobooth, etc?

You should have a current Time Machine or other backup in case anything goes wrong. Also, Big Sur is 64 bit only so older 32 bit apps will need updated or replaced. You can check with Go64.

To add to previous suggestions.
Make sure there is at least 50 GB of Empty Space on this drive.
This would allow the Full Version of Big Sur ( about 12.xx GB ) to download, then Expand and only then commence the Installation process
If and only if there are any Third Party Security Software installed and used on this computer - Remove them Now as they tend to Interfere with both the Download and Installation processes
