Hi Blnbbydll,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're referring to the organizer of your Family Sharing group. Right? If so, is the organizer yourself or someone else?

The photo shown for the organizer and other family members is the photo that the individual family member has chosen. For example, if you updated your Apple ID photo, it would reflect in each family member's device when they view your name.

You can either update your photo on your device or from iCloud.com. It looks like you're using an iPhone so you'd go to Settings > [Your name], then tap edit on your photo. Or you can use the following steps from Change your Apple ID photo on iCloud.com - Apple Support.

1. On iCloud.com, tap your Apple ID photo or the Account button in the top-right corner of the window, then tap iCloud Settings.
2. Tap Change Apple ID Photo, tap “Browse your device for a new image,” then follow the onscreen instructions.

Take care.
