Need support group help to fix the issue!

Email erroneously marks a sender as spam each time A sender always ends up in spam, despite being both in Contacts and the previous recipients list. These options are both checked as exempt in the Junk Mail settings. I'm not sure what else to try? Thanks!

Mail My regular emails go to junk and my spam emails are going to my regular inbox. How do I fix this?

You'll need to contact yahoo support https://help.yahoo.com/kb/account , not an Apple or iphone issue.
