MacBook Air screen issue

I have been recently having trouble with my MacBook Air. Namely, the fact that its screen won’t turn on, but everything else seems to work just fine. It also works just fine when I plug it into a monitor so I know it’s just a screen issue. I just wanted to know what I can do to fix it, or if I’ll have to send it in to get it fixed
