Can't Edit Prores RAW Settings on clips - FCP 10.6.6

Since I have updated to 10.6.6 I can't seem to edit the settings on some clips.

When I click on the clip and then hit the "Modify ProRes RAW Settings" button the system seems to think that my clips are proxies as I get the following:

Settings cannot be modified on transcoded media

I have triple checked and my clips are definitely original media and not transcoded.

Is this a bug?

If using ProRes RAW, RED RAW (and probably other RAW formats), you cannot modify RAW settings if you have created proxies. That is because the proxies would then be out of sync from a color standpoint with the original footage. In either case FCP and other NLEs will raise a warning when you try that. With FCP and ProRes RAW, the warning is below. Did you try what the warning dialog suggested, ie delete any proxies on clips you are trying to alter the RAW settings for?"

"Settings cannot be modified on transcoded media."

"To modify settings, delete the transcoded media using File>Delete Generated Clip

Files..., modify the ProRes RAW settings, then regenerate the transcoded media

using File > Transcode Media...."
