Notes Pictures Say “Unsupported File”

I’m currently having an issue where half of my notes photos won’t load because apparently it’s from an “unsupported file”. I had a very unique issue yesterday that took an hour and a half to resolve where my iPhone restarted itself and wiped out more than half of my notes. I finally got them back but it’s claiming that photos and videos I had on some notes are “unsupported” which is strange because they showed up just fine before my phone acted up. Is there a way I can resolve this without resetting my phone?
