Hello all; I cannot find my password and cannot login. I watched some youtube vids and read a few articles but none of their recommendations worked. I'd apporeciate some help. Thank you.
PS The model year is actually 2012.

Apple refurbishes their computers, and pretty much all the others do is some dusting and cleaning and resell it.
An 11 year old Mac is pretty much going to have age related problems and other issues somewhere along the line.
