Iphone screen
It appears that the 3 upper call icons are faded and stuck on the screen everywhere on the phone (iPhone X with the latest update) even after resetting the phone.

Thanks, now I see what you mean.
It may best best if you take your iPhone in for an examination, at this point. The fact that the buttons don’t show up on the screenshot indicate that there may be an issue with the screen itself.
