My wife’s IPhone is stuck on a game screen she was playing, phone rings but she can’t answer it because the icons are not there. Any suggestions?

1. Quickly press and release the Volume Up button.
2. Quickly press and release the Volume Down button.
3. Press and hold the Side button (power button) until the Apple logo appears.

Press and hold both the Volume Down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. Continue to hold those buttons until the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
