I bought the mac mini and downloaded the new 64bit printshop 4. I am having all kinds of issues with the printing of place cards name badges etc. Also when I type the keyboard doesn't work correctly. I have been communicating with their support with no resolution. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome! You stand a better chance of someone here being able to advise if you post the sub-model of your Mini and the macOS version it is running. Both are available from "About this Mac..." under your Apple menu. Example from a MacBook Pro:

It appears that Print Shop has yet a another new owner. This site:

is a Encore brand. Is that who you approached for support? The Encore support docs for the current version do not show support for Apple Silicon (M-series)processors.

Thanks for the information. I sent the version of the mac mini that I am running to the tech support. I gave me wrong instructions. He told me to sent a PDF version of the problem I was having and it should have been the psf version
I still having heard back from them.
We will see what happens. Very frustrating
It is MacKiev's software and they will need to support you. Nothing we can do about their software not working correctly.
