footage I filmed on my camera are showing up as black screens on every clip and Final Cut Pro help!!!

So I shot 3 music videos over this past week and unloaded the footage from the sd card to my hard drive, but now whenever I try to open the clips a black screen will pop up for all the clips but the audio is still working. it won't open in QuickTime, but when I open it in elmedia player or a third-party app, the clips will work fine! which is not a problem but when I drag the clips into final cut pro, the clips will still be black!! I've been filming and editing for almost 6 years now and this is the first time I've encountered this problem and it's a huge one for me. My computer is up to date, final cut is up to date, and I have no idea how to solve this I don't feel like the files are corrupt if they work on a third party app please help! these are my computer specs. and files.

Please post the specs of these clips. There is a known problem with 13.4.* and some high frame rate files in particular formats (I think it’s some variants of XAVC that are affected). There are many threads about this in this forum.

The current workaround is to transcode them into a format that does not suffer from this problem, like HEVC.
