How do I use Preview to crop a screenshot to inches?

Preview uses the crop measurement in pixels and Picture Format in MS Word Tables uses inches (Pages also uses inches for cropping). Is there a way to change the setting in Preview to crop in inches? Or is there another way with purchasing a third-party app? The images need to be 1.81 x 3.77" and other size rectangles to fit in a MS Word Tables cell.

I looked into converting formulas for pixels to inches online and that does not work. 

I found a time-consuming work around by dragging the image into Pages or Word and cropping the image but I have two-hundred images. My Table cells are locked to the size I need. Inserting the image in the cell does not work because I need to precisely crop each separately.

I am using a MacBook Pro 2016 Mac OS Monterey 12.6.7
