Turn off raise to wake as well.

Tap to Wake is in Settings>Accessibility>Touch.

Raise to Wake is in Settings>Display & Brightness.

Which device do you have, and which iOS it it running?

“Tap to Wake” is not under “Accessibility”. It’s under “Touch,” which is found in “Accessibility.”

So go to: Settings. Now, look for “Accessibility,” and tap on it. Now, in the second group of settings from the top down, see “Touch.” Tap on it. Now, near the middle, see “Tap to Wake.” Turn the switch off.

Also, follow KiltedTim’s instructions on how to turn off Raise to Wake.
