iPhone 13 screen lifting and battery issues

i have a iphone 13 for a few years now and a few days ago it’s been starting to loose its battery quick. today i noticed that one side of the screen was lifting up and when i push it back down it keep going back up. now when it’s charged up 70-80 it glitches out turns off and tells me that its all the way down to 17-10. at this point my phone is only working while it’s charging

Stop using the device. Power it off and do not charge it. Quickly make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have Apple replace the device. Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

While it is out of warranty, if you have AppleCare+, it would be a reduced cost.

Power off your iPhone A.S.A.P.



Continued use or charging will cause further damage, increasing the cost of repair.
