What exactly is not working? Are you using the Amazon Music app, or accessing their content via a web browser on your iPhone?
Are you a current Amazon Prime member? Are you trying out their unlimited service via a trial, or have already subscribed via their app?
Note that although Amazon provides this subscription service via the Apple App Store, it still is their service. Any subscription issues would need to be taken up with them. Also note, that we are not Apple Support here. Instead, we are just fellow Apple-product users trying to help others where we can. As such, there is nothing we can do to assist you with this. Yes using the Amazon music app
I subscribed to the unlimited so you can listen to all music etc but it is still staying as the original basic app
when I click upgrade again it says I am already subscribed. So spoke to Amazon who say it is a problem Apple end. The money has been taken etc
