I was instructed to change a lot of data ., login website because my old one stopped working . New password does not open computer . Advice?

My sign had to be changed about 2 months ago. Changing my ID and PW and punching in 7777 allowed me to log in…. Until yesterdays. Now no matter what I do I cannot Log in
